Natural disasters are defiantly number one for us after we were affected by a flood in 2008. The economy has changed our thinking our garden has tripled in size, and we are canning the surplus.

Natural disasters are probably the first reason I had for decided to prepared.
Weather and Man made disasters (9-11) made a close 2nd place and now the dive in the economy has validated that my decision was definitely a good one. My household & food supply could very well replace next weeks trip the grocery store. -------------------- Patty Brooks
